    Responsible for safe, nurturing, and inviting environment for children and their families. Instruct birth to three-year-old children in activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.

    Meet agency determined goals through the implementation of established curriculum, development appropriate activities and assessments. Deliver services as outlined in Head Start Performance Standards and other applicable regulatory standards.

    • Assistant Teacher/Agency Floater reports to a site location unless notified to replace another staff due to absence. Requires flexibility in hours & the ability to adapt. This position travels to different site locations in Waterloo/Cedar Falls area.
